We are delighted to be collaborating with the Royal Lyceum Theatre as it launches Wonder Festival - two weeks of work-in-progress by Edinburgh-based independent artists who have been part of the L20 programme.

We are hosting three in-person events at the end of March including, Meet the Artistic Team, Networking and Co-working.

Fronteiras Theatre Lab will showcase a filmed excerpt of Placeholder, written and performed by Catherine Bissett. 

Flavia D'Avila, director, will talk about creating the piece which is based on academic research on theatre and opera in the Colonial Caribbean. 

After two years, we are pleased to be offering Co-working again.

Book now for the first session, which will take place on Thursday 24 February at the Festival Theatre.

Production Manager, Louise Gregory will host a second session on making Covid-safe work.

Following excellent autumn Platform events, we are looking for proposals for our late winter and spring sessions. We have hosted training, new writing, testing online workshop and performance formats amongst others. The Platform sessions can be used however you need to support your creative practice. Apply by 5 January 2022.

Rachel Arthur, Founder of boom saloon and Katie Goh, Digital Marketing specialist, will lead a seminar on how best to use your digital channels to promote your project.

EPAD and Creative Edinburgh have announced a further iteration of the Practice Support Fund for freelance creatives working in Edinburgh. Application are open until 1 November.

We have announced the results today of the final round of the Practice Support Fund we have delivered in partnership with Creative Edinburgh with funds from the City of Edinburgh Council.

A Practice Support Fund for freelance artists, technicians and creatives working in the arts and creative industries in Edinburgh is being launched by EPAD and Creative Edinburgh.

A workshop with Production Manager Louise Gregory. In this workshop Louise will help you navigate through the Covid guidelines, and explore some ideas for different ways of presenting work.  

EPAD is offering a further round of coaching to our network.
