EPAD Coaching

EPAD is offering a further round of coaching to our network. As we enter another period of uncertainty and with the winter fast approaching, we would like to provide you with a source of bespoke support that can provide a safe place (online) for you to share your concerns and be supported to give shape to your next steps. Coaching uses questions to support self-directed change and can be a powerful way to reflect on where you are and identify where you would like to be.

Our coaching offer is open to all our network of performing arts professionals.  This includes those who work independently as well as those who work within organisations of all scales.  We recognise that Covid is challenging to everyone in different ways, whether you work alone as a practitioner, are an employee facing redundancy, or run one of the city's cultural organisations..  We are particularly keen to support our BAME colleagues at this time.

EPAD has a number of trained coaches within its network.  As for all EPAD opportunities, this programme is offered at no charge.

Please email us at mail@epad.org.uk if you like to find out more.  All requests will be treated with confidentiality and any 'matches' we make for you will be managed with care and sensitivity.
